Job Description
Calumet is seeking a Product Regulatory Services Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance through effective management of internal and external regulatory inquiries. The role involves ensuring compliance with global jurisdictions, monitoring product/substance volumes, and reporting to authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Science OR equivalent discipline
- 2-year work experience OR knowledge in global regulations and industry practices: OSHA, EPA, NFPA, EU Reach, K-Reach, CLP, GHS, Global Chemical Inventories, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of international regulatory requirements, particularly related to Reach/CLP, GHS, global chemical inventories and registration requirements
- Experience in analysis and reporting
- Strong MS Office and presentation skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
