Calvetti Ferguson, a leading CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to oversee all phases of client engagements, focusing on primary client relationship maintenance, tax compliance, tax advisory services, and staff development. The role requires providing exceptional client service, attracting new clients, and delivering value-added tax planning solutions. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
- Active CPA license
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough working knowledge of intangible drilling costs (IDC)
- Experience providing technical tax advice on like-kind exchanges for O&G properties
- Experience working with both partnership and corporate O&G legal entities
