Requirements

• Review and prepare complex income/franchise tax returns.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage project development for compliance and consulting engagements.
• Advocate for clients and resolve tax controversies.
• Prepare voluntary disclosure agreements and nexus studies.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Interns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
