Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with great people skills to join our Digital Banking Services team at our corporate headquarters in historic downtown Berlin, Maryland. The successful candidate will support onboarding business customers with digital banking products and services and manage payment processing terminals.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 4 years of related experience working for a bank or financial services institution
- Experience with digital and electronic banking services, with a focus on business solutions
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
