The Academic Engagement Manager supports the execution of Calyxoâs professional education and physician engagement programs across academic training programs, peer-to-peer initiatives, and society meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree with 6 years of experience
- 3â5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare education, training, or a related field
- Experience supporting professional education, training programs, or events strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and adapt as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Urology experience is a plus
- Ability to travel 30â40%
- Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Experience with video editing and Adobe Premiere preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driverâs license
