Calyxo, Inc. is a medical device company seeking a Senior NetSuite System Administrator to support and scale their Finance, Operations, Supply chain, Customer service and Commercial processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite in a production environment.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay business processes.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, and reporting.
- Proven experience partnering with Finance, Customer Service and Operations teams.
- Background in medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication, with the ability to work effectively in a lead role with cross-functional teams.
