Job Description
Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a high-energy, passionate leader to join our Fitness Coach Management Team and take their coaching career to the next level. As a Head Coach, you'll lead from the front, coaching dynamic group sessions, managing and mentoring the coaching team, and fostering a studio culture.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of physiology, biomechanics, and functional movement
- Experience in group fitness instruction and/or personal training (2–3 years preferred)
- Proven ability to adapt exercises in real-time for all fitness levels
- Current nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, NFPT, NPTI, etc.)
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
- High-energy, motivating presence with a passion for helping others
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and demonstrate exercises as needed
