Sales Associate

Camarillo Fitness is looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join as Sales Associates, the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.

Requirements

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
