Test Developer

The Test Developer is a key member of the content development staff with subject matter expertise in one or more of the content areas that are assessed. They also have a vast knowledge of developing content for standardized assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in subject area (Math, ELA, Science or Social Studies) or Bachelor’s degree in related assessment or measurement field
• Prior experience in the summative, certification, or other high stakes assessment industry
• Proven knowledge and experience with the U.S. Education and Education Assessment
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to identify problems, conceptualize solutions, prioritize and multi-task
• Skilled at collaboration
