Custodian

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, including offices, production areas, and common spaces.

Requirements

• Perform routine cleaning tasks
• Dust desks and clean offices
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Maintain floors
• Clean carpets
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
• Perform minor maintenance tasks
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up for special events or meetings
• Report any needed repairs or maintenance issues
• Cross-train on multiple types of equipment
