Forklift Operator - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join us as we grow! We are seeking a Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move materials and products within our raw material quartz processing facility.

Requirements

• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials, finished products, and other materials to designated areas within the facility.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and railcars, and stage them for processing or shipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the forklift, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall condition, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with the Shift Supervisor and other team members to coordinate material movement and support production needs.
• Monitor material flow and ensure a smooth supply of materials to production areas.
• Maintain accurate records of materials transported and handled.
• Assist with general site clean-up and organization as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety meetings and training.
