Heavy Equipment Operator - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently using heavy equipment moving and transporting product to designated areas within the processing facility.

Requirements

• Experience operating heavy equipment, such as wheel loaders, in an industrial setting
• Obtain any required certifications for equipment operation (e.g., MSHA)
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation, material handling, and railcar unloading
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness
• Ability to perform pre-shift equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications
