Polishing Operator

This position is responsible for hand polishing custom-fabricated Cambria countertops to meet high standards for quality, finish, and appearance.

Requirements

• Learn and apply the concepts of Cambria polish work
• Identify profiled material that needs hand polishing
• Polish pieces to effectively blend seams
• Utilize overhead crane to transfer polish pieces to and from work stations
• Inspect the overhead crane daily
• Communicate with supervisor to keep them informed of any material defects and difficult polish jobs
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Conduct all job related duties in a safe and responsible manner
• Cross-train on multiple types of equipment
