The Samples Fulfillment Specialist manages the end-to-end fulfillment process, including delivery processing, accurate picking and packaging, and quality verification of team-picked orders.
Requirements
- Accurately pick, pack, stage, and process customer orders with urgency based on priority.
- Process orders electronically for company trucks and FedEx.
- Inspect material against Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and design standards; verify accuracy and condition of orders picked by team members.
- Support cycle count process and maintain accurate records for pick sheets and scrap material.
- Ensure all workspaces and supplies are restocked and tidy.
- Safely operate manual & powered pallet jacks and ladders.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and ethical conduct standards to maintain a culture of compliance.
