You will work with business developers to understand technology trends and market opportunities, and inspire your colleagues to develop technology breakthroughs that add real value for our customers.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leadership and innovation in RF systems and wireless communication
• Enthusiasm for mentoring more junior engineers
• Extensive experience of specifying and designing RF systems and products
• Knowledge of 3GPP communications standards
• Antenna specification and design
• Understanding of Digital Signal Processing and its applications in RF
