Principal Analytics Engineer

Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) is seeking a Principal Analytics Engineer to shape and deliver customer-facing B2B analytics and machine-learning–driven products. The role requires 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, analytics engineering, or data engineering, and strong SQL expertise and proficiency in at least one analytics or data science language.

Requirements

• Use independent judgment and discretion to translate ambiguous business and customer needs into well-defined analytical frameworks, success metrics, and product requirements
• Design and evaluate advanced analytical and machine learning approaches
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing analytics and ML products
• Provide technical and analytical thought leadership on advanced analytics–driven solutions
• Mentor and guide analysts, lead technical reviews, and help establish and evolve analytics best practices across the team
