Principal Product Manager, Crash & Claims

Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its Drivewell Crash product, with an initial focus on Openroad, a direct-to-consumer mobile app providing advanced crash detection and assistance. The successful candidate will drive innovation, ensure user trust, and prioritize business objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Openroad mobile app
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on user feedback, market analysis, and business goals
• Conduct and integrate user research, usability studies, and market analysis to identify pain points and opportunities, ensuring the app meets user needs and expectations
