Principal Software Engineer, Full Stack

Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) is seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead complex projects, mentor teams, and shape the technical direction of its AI-driven platform.

Requirements

• Lead the development of critical features and components
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams

• Lead cross functional technical projects
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches

• Ensure the reliability and performance of production systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers
• Lead code and design reviews
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
