Cambridge Real Estate Services is seeking a knowledgeable Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily activities, including leasing, collections, and resident relations, with a requirement to work from the site management office.

Requirements

• Supervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staff
• Monitor the condition of the property to provide proactive maintenance services
• Supervise and coordinate vendors, including landscapers, turnover services, technicians
• Oversee capital projects
