Senior Project Manager, Mid-Atlantic

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and shape high-impact multimodal policy, planning, and programming work across the Mid-Atlantic, advancing statewide strategies that integrate long-range and corridor planning, performance-based programming, asset management, safety, resiliency, and capital investment prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Civil Engineering, Public Policy, Transportation Economics or a related area
• 10+ years of industry-related experience
• 4+ years of experience managing projects and leading proposals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong and effective communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• A strong professional network in the transportation industry
