Job Description
Camden Case Management provides personalized management services for individuals facing mental health and/or addiction challenges. Coaches support clients in overcoming specific challenges, such as ADHD, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, addiction recovery, or emotional regulation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a specialized area of Mental Health
- Relevant certifications or qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt coaching style to meet diverse client needs
- Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or working directly with individuals or groups
