Job Description
Camden Case Management is seeking Mentors in San Francisco to provide support and guidance to clients with mental health and addiction challenges. The Mentor will work closely with clients to develop reintegration plans and provide daily support, including home visits and phone support.
Requirements
- Experience working in mental health, addiction, and/or coaching fields
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage potential issues
- Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
