Job Description
Provides therapeutic techniques to children and families, creates a therapeutic environment, and provides counseling and intervention. Attends training and completes new employee orientation topics within the first quarter. Demonstrates competency in therapeutic skills and evidence-based approaches through ongoing professional growth and development activities.
Requirements

- Completes clinical documentation within established time frames
- Attends weekly supervision
- Creates and updates Treatment Plans
- Provides individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions
- Participates in permanency planning activities
- Participates in court-related issues
- Links child and family with specific services and resources
- Serves as liaison with other professionals and agencies
- On-call as directed by Clinical Director
- Discusses over or under utilization of services
