Job Description
The Regional Executive Director serves as a senior manager responsible for all operations of the assigned office, overseeing multiple contracts and funding sources, and serving as the primary Camelot representative in the community.
Requirements
- Ensures program compliance with all applicable regulation and contracts
- Implements human resources and financial systems
- Operates the program in an ethical manner
- Develops relationships with funders and regulatory bodies
- Seeks out and responds to Grants, RFP’s and other request for funding
- Ensures implementation and adherence to Camelot's policies and procedures
- Monitors contract performance and outcome achievement
- Provides effective and quality supervision to all subordinate supervisors
- Maintains a positive work environment
