Maintenance Technician I

Camelot Facility Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to provide preventative, corrective, and general maintenance for clients. This role involves performing minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical installations, repair, and maintenance tasks throughout buildings, prioritizing safety and health standards. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily assessments, visual rounds, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Willing to undergo background and drug screening process
• Must be 18 years of age
• Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office products
• 2-5 years previous experience with facility maintenance
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to climb / stand on ladders
• Must be able to bend at the knees
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs independently
• Must be willing to drive company vehicle
