The Loading Dock Attendant role requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure

High school diploma, 3+ years experience in building maintenance, working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Building Maintenance Technician
3+ yrs building maintenance exp. Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Valid driver's license & background check required
Maintenance Technician I
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years facility maintenance experience. Must be 18+ and able to stand, lift 50lbs and climb ladders
General Application
Application for Facilities Management positions is required. Skills in Maintenance, Management, Accounting, Sales, or Operations are a plus
Building Engineer
HS Diploma required, E/E license preferred, 5+ years experience, knowledge of HVAC/electrical/plumbing systems and a safety record
