Job Description
Camelot is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to ensure our clients' building remains safe, functional, and welcoming by supporting daily operations, assisting our lead technician, and delivering exceptional service to staff and tenants.
Requirements
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Managing service tickets (opening, assigned/completed/closed)
- Set up and tear down rooms for meetings and events.
- Perform daily building walks to check safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Inspect and complete minor equipment repairs.
- Report and relay issues to the lead technician for vendor or engineer support.
- Assist with vendor coordination and work order tracking.
- Support internal teams with office and event needs (printing, posting, decorating).
- Help upkeep of common areas.
- Assist with basic inventory management of supplies and tools.
- Other duties as needed
