Job Description
As a representative for our company, you will be performing non-technical general building maintenance and minor repairs. Perform general labor work as assigned by the engineer, including loading, uploading, and moving materials and running errands for the project. Responds quickly to emergency situations and customer concerns. Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habits. Must maintain a neat appearance. Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial facilities and building maintenance
- Able to communicate with the team. Sense of urgency. Customer service. Knowledge of commercial facilities maintenance. Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in maintenance work. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively
