Job Description
Caminar is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Specialist to lead growth initiatives for our private-pay mental health services, with an initial focus on adolescent services.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with physician groups, pediatric practices, school health leads, parent networks, mental health professionals, HR leaders, and community influencers.
- Develop direct-to-employer partnerships for concierge mental health services and customized wellness offerings.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage prospects and referral data, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
- Generate regular reports on pipeline progress, referral conversion rates, and ROI.
