Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within utilities, energy systems, industrial technology, or other technical sectors
- Demonstrated success in developing regional marketing strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Experience managing trade shows, technical events, or industry conferences
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics
