Camp for All Foundation is a nonprofit organization that delivers barrier‑free recreational experiences for children and adults with challenging illnesses, disabilities, or special needs. Through its summer and weekend programs, the foundation collaborates with over 65 partner nonprofits to serve nearly 9,000 campers and families each year, offering specialized staff training and program planning tailored to individual needs.
Open Positions
Program Supervisor
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Leadership experience in camp/outdoor education is preferred. Experience with youth/special needs population is a plus
Weekend Program Staff
High school diploma required. Must be 18+. Experience in leadership/volunteering is preferred. 3-weekend commitment required
Summer Program Staff
High school diploma (or equivalent). 18+ years of age. Leadership/volunteer experience. CPR training and demonstration of adaptability
Summer Adventure Program Staff
High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, and the ability to manage an assigned program activity. A desire to work with the special needs population is desired
Housekeeping Technician
High school degree, 3+ years of experience as a housekeeper, specialized knowledge of Hazmat issues
Recruitment Specialist
Bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, and experience in HR or related field
Dishwasher & Prep Cook (PT)
1+ year food service exp, Food Handler Cert, Food Allergen training
Camp Communications Coordinator
High school diploma, 18 years of age, leadership/volunteer experience, desire to work with special needs population
2U Program Staff
High school diploma, 18 years of age, ability to assist campers with mobility impairment, clear communication, and reliable transportation
