Job Description
Camp For All is seeking a summer Program Staff to implement and maintain programs for children and adults with challenging illnesses, disabilities, or special needs. The role involves managing assigned activities, assisting campers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position is seasonally based and offers a sign-on bonus for those joining the team between May 2026 and August 2026.
Requirements
- Participates in staff orientation and training for Camp For All programs
- Obtains required CPR training
- Experience in leadership and/or volunteer roles
- Ability to manage an assigned program activity and adapt to camper’s needs
- Follow safety standards and report infractions
- Manage flexible work schedule
- Maintain work and follow instructions
