Job Description
The Program Staff is responsible for implementing and maintaining Camp For All programs. This role involves staff orientation, CPR training, managing program activities, and adhering to safety standards. They need to be flexible with scheduling and willing to learn new skills.
Requirements
- Participates in staff orientation and training for Camp For All programs
- Obtains optional program certifications, including life guarding, challenge course, etc.
- Obtains required CPR training
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in leadership and/or volunteer roles
- Ability to manage assigned program activity
- Work with Program Supervisors to maintain and upkeep activity areas
- Follow safety standards
- Flexible work schedule with weekend availability
- Attendance at training weekend
