The Program Leader supports the delivery of Family Camp and Access Adventures retreats, typically running 2–4 days at a time. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong camper support. Program Leaders manage activity sites, facilitate inclusive and engaging programming, and may assist as cabin staff to create a safe, positive living environment.
