Job Description
Campbell’s is looking for an IT Audit Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead the Corporate Audit department and deliver enterprise level risk assessments aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This role will perform risk assessments, develop the annual IT audit plan, and drive the execution of technology-related audits. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- Perform risk assessments and develop the annual IT audit plan to address the company’s most significant IT risks
- Strategically drive the execution of technology-related audits
- Manage and develop team through coaching, training, performance feedback, best practice sharing, and career planning
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships and serve as a strategic partner to IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Stay current on IT, industry, and company trends to inform audit strategy and execution
