Job Description
Join Campbell's as a Plant Controller, Manager, and contribute to making history through financial leadership and strategic business analysis. As a critical business partner to the Plant Manager and Plant Leadership Team, you will own and direct all financial functions for the manufacturing site, driving year-over-year performance improvements and long-term value creation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong ability to partner effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proven data analytics capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
