Job Description
Campbell's is seeking a Sr Commercialization Manager to own highly complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive strategic thinking across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project management experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in innovation tools and processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management/commercialization experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficient/advanced business and financial acumen
- Detailed knowledge of innovation tools and processes, Stage Gate, Campbell's Commercialization process or similar early stage iterative development process
