Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 8 years of CPG experience
- Customer Sales / Customer Management experience
- Revenue Growth Management experience
- Trade Marketing / Promotional Planning experience
- Sales Finance experience
- Category Management or Strategy experience
- Strategic thinking and advanced analytics capabilities
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers
- Ability to work autonomously and lead change
- Excellent prioritization and business agility
- Influencing skills within a matrixed organization
