Casino Operations Specialist

Campeón Gaming is seeking a Casino Operations Specialist to join their team. The role involves configuring gaming providers, liaising with game providers, and troubleshooting gaming-related issues. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in iGaming, online casino operations, or a related digital/technology environment, and a university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in iGaming, online casino operations, or a related digital/technology environment
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Practical exposure to API integrations, content management systems, or platform configuration
• Working knowledge of JSON configuration and basic coding principles
• Experience collaborating with third-party providers, vendors, or external partners
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
• University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (Business, IT, Information Systems, or similar)
