Engineering Manager

We are looking for an engineering manager for our ExperiencePlatform team, which is a newly formed, growing team that will be building platform features used across multiple different products at CampCo. The manager will lead a team of engineers who are rapidly reimagining a core monolithic product, redesigning core customer features while modernizing the underlying architecture.

Requirements

• Experience leading high-performing, highly engaged engineering teams in growth environments
• Strong track record of architectural modernization, such as migrating monolithic applications to service-oriented architectures
• Expertise in building and maintaining platform features (including embedded frontend features) that serve both internal developers and external customers
• Agile and project management skills, with a proven track record of continuously improving systems and processes
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business impact
• Excellent coaching and mentorship skills, and ability to grow engineers with a wide range of skillsets
• Growth-oriented mindset, with a desire to constantly learn and improve, and constantly improve their team
