Startup Manager (F/M/D)

We are looking for a Startup Manager to drive our startups forward and lead them to success. The role involves guiding and supporting startup teams, coaching and assisting founders, and promoting collaboration among teams.

Requirements

• Experience in founding and/or developing a startup in its early stages
• Coaching experience to share knowledge and best practices with others
• Desire to share diverse experiences, such as customer or partner acquisition, and project management with others
• Entrepreneurial mindset and methodological knowledge ('The Lean Startup', 'Customer Centric Growth')
• Strong network in startup ecosystems and communities
• Customer-centric and hands-on mentality
• Fluent English and knowledge of German advantageous
