Leasing Manager

CLS Living is seeking an energetic and motivated Leasing Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of the community— delivering exceptional customer service, driving leasing performance, and creating a welcoming environment for both current and prospective residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of leasing experience in student or multifamily housing (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with property management software, preferably
• Familiarity with market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO
