Job Description
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the community’s physical condition both inside and out, while promoting resident satisfaction through first-class customer service to prospects and residents.
Requirements
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems
- Experience with make-ready unit preparation
- Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry
- Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems
