Healthcare Administration Instructor

This is a fully remote, live teaching role where you will teach live online classes and deliver structured, high-engagement instruction. You will lead case-based discussions and applied exercises, and provide feedback to students. The role requires a master's degree in a relevant field, minimum 2 years of teaching experience, and 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business with healthcare focus, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education (online or in-person)
• Minimum 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience
• Experience working in hospitals, health systems, ambulatory care, payer organizations, or medical practice operations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
• Digital fluency and ability to effectively incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education.
