Senior Staff AI Research Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Staff AI Research Engineer to help make Campus the world’s best organization in AI for learning. This role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning and a passion for developing novel systems that personalize and improve the student experience.

Requirements

• Design and develop new AI systems that enhance the Campus learning experience
• Run rigorous experiments to validate the effectiveness of these systems
• Create new benchmarks and datasets for evaluating AI learning models
• Publish your work in peer-reviewed journals and leading AI conferences
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy models that improve real-world student engagement
