Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

CAN Community Health is hiring Medical Assistants to assist in patient care and make a difference in the lives of individuals impacted by HIV, Hepatitis C, STIs, and other infectious diseases.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
• Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA) is required or ability to achieve certification within 6 months of hire
• CPR certification required
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required
