Job Description
Canacre is seeking a Real Estate & Land Project Manager to coordinate land management and real estate activities between several projects. The role involves leading internal and contractor resources in the negotiation and acquisition of right-of-way and other real property interests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or equivalent
- Project Manager certificate (PMP or equivalent) recommended
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, of which 2 years include experience working on Electrical, Oil & Gas Pipelines or other Utility projects
- Knowledge of Real Estate strategy gained through education and/or experience
- Professional licenses preferred but not required
