Canacre is a company that focuses on leadership in Environment and Land services. The Right of Way Agent will be responsible for acquiring and enforcing real property rights required for the operation and expansion of infrastructure.

Requirements

• Secondary degree or accreditation in a related field
• 2-3 years of experience negotiating property rights documents
• Knowledge of Real Estate principles
• Clear, concise written and oral communications
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to plot metes and bounds descriptions of property and read a variety of maps
• Ability to evaluate, interpret, and analyze engineering and right-of-way drawings
• Ability to interpret and research legal documents
• Skilled in property rights research methods
• Ability to research, develop and determine valuation of local real estate
• Ability to create and manage project forecasts
