The Project Accountant is responsible for various accounting functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, and project and cost center financial review. The role involves working with regional teams and the General Accounting department to complete accounting and financial tasks.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in administration, finance, or accounting
• CPA certification by a professional accounting association
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in accounting
• Experience in real estate and project accounting is preferred
• Practical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of JD Edwards and Hubble software is an asset
