Job Description
Professionally assist in the management of the day to day operations of 360 Restaurant, VUE Bistros, or Le Cafe, oversee guest service and employee management, and ensure quality of food and beverage presentations and service facilities.
Requirements
- A relevant college diploma or university degree in Hospitality and Tourism, Restaurant Management or equivalent
- One (1) to three (3) years of related experience in management of the restaurant operations or related operations
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
